Ian is currently stationed in the Cavern of D’ni, 2 miles under the soil of New Mexico, and once home to a powerful and ancient alien civilization that chose Earth for their voluntary underground exile; there, he seeks exploration and lore from the past of the D’ni as well as inspiration for his artworks and books.
